About This Role
- Operate and administer SAP Integration Suite services including Cloud Integration, API Management, and Event Mesh ensuring platform health, availability, and performance.
- Manage incidents, problems, and operational support; perform platform configuration, lifecycle management, maintenance, upgrades, patching, and security including tenant configuration and certificates.
- Collaborate with SAP Basis, Infrastructure, Integration teams and vendors to support capacity planning, optimization, and continuous operational improvements following SRE practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP Integration, SAP BTP, or Middleware Operations.
- Strong operational and administration experience with SAP Integration Suite and SAP BTP platforms.
- Hands-on experience with SAPUI5/Fiori applications and CAPM (Node.js) development and support.
- Experience with incident, problem, change management and SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing production SAP BTP environments with a focus on platform reliability and high service availability.
- Skilled in application development troubleshooting including front-end and backend debugging, log analysis, and CI/CD workflows.
- Comfortable working in structured incident management with SRE, ITIL, or DevOps practices, and collaborating across global technical teams.
