About This Role
- Operate and administer SAP Integration Suite services ensuring platform health, availability, and performance.
- Manage incidents, problems, platform configuration, lifecycle management, maintenance, upgrades, and patching.
- Drive continuous operational improvements via Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and collaborate with SAP Basis, Infrastructure, and Integration teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience in SAP Integration, SAP BTP, or Middleware Operations required.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP administration, and CAPM (Node.js) development/support.
- Knowledge of SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS) and experience with SAPUI5/Fiori applications mandatory.
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management required; familiarity with OAuth, SAML, token-based authentication is mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong operational and technical expertise managing SAP BTP platforms in production with focus on high availability and reliability.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug frontend (SAPUI5/Fiori) and backend services with solid understanding of application architecture across service layers.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, authentication/authorization integrations (IAS, SSO), and resolving live production issues in a multi-customer environment.
