About This Role
- Operate and administer SAP Integration Suite services ensuring platform health, availability, and performance.
- Manage incidents, problems, operational support, platform configuration, lifecycle management, and coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and patching.
- Drive continuous operational improvements using Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to enhance platform stability and service quality.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years experience in SAP Integration, SAP BTP, or Middleware Operations.
- Hands-on operational experience with SAP Integration Suite and SAP BTP administration.
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Technical knowledge of SAPUI5/Fiori, CAPM (Node.js) development/support, SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS), monitoring tools, CI/CD tooling, and security/authentication concepts including OAuth, SAML, IAS integration, and SSO configurations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in advanced application development and troubleshooting for both UI and backend services within SAP BTP environment.
- Proficient in managing multiple customer support tickets, with strong problem-solving, root cause analysis and communication skills to collaborate with global teams.
- Capable of driving operational excellence by adopting SRE, DevOps practices, and delivering continuous improvements in a complex integration ecosystem.
