About This Role
- Operate and administer SAP Integration Suite services including monitoring, incident management, lifecycle management, platform upgrades, and tenant configuration.
- Ensure platform health, security, capacity planning, and collaborate with SAP Basis, Infrastructure, and Integration teams as well as vendors.
- Drive operational improvements by applying SRE practices and support continuous platform optimization and observability.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Integration, SAP BTP, or Middleware Operations.
- Strong operational experience with SAP Integration Suite and SAP BTP administration.
- Experience in incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Experience with SAPUI5/Fiori applications, CAPM (Node.js) development, and knowledge of SAP Cloud Connector, API Management, Event Mesh, and monitoring/observability platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in application development and troubleshooting for frontend and backend SAP services, with ability to analyze logs, runtime errors, and support live applications.
- Able to manage production support escalations and multiple customer tickets with strong ownership and proactive issue resolution.
- Skilled in authentication and authorization concepts covering IAS integration, SSO, OAuth, SAML, token-based authentication, and SAP BTP role management, combined with CI/CD pipeline experience and Git version control.
