About This Role
- Lead production support operations for payments systems, focusing on ATM/POS transaction flows and ISO8583 protocol.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives including automation, knowledge management, and process optimization in production environments.
- Manage incident review processes including 5-whys analysis and blameless post-mortems to enhance system reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-12 years of production support experience in payments or financial services domain.
- Strong expertise in payments processing: ATM/POS, Visa/Mastercard/eftpos acquiring flows, ISO8583 or AS2805 protocols.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server operations, SQL (MSSQL), monitoring tools (Splunk, SCOM or similar), and batch job orchestration tools like Control-M.
- Experience with ITIL/ITSM practices, incident/change/problem management tools (BMC Helix or ServiceNow), and disaster recovery planning. Work Experience Required: 7-12 years in production support in payments or financial services.

- Experienced Delivery Lead or Manager with strong operational ownership in payments production support.
- Skilled in structured incident management and driving operational improvements through automation and process enhancements.
- Comfortable working in production environments involving complex payments protocols and compliance such as PCI-DSS.
