About This Role
- Manage and govern technical risk and compliance across GCC entities, aligning with Cyber Strategy and Group CISO directives.
- Lead regional security metrics, RCSA processes, and Technology Risk Forum reporting with measurable risk remediation outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with multiple regional regulations (UAE PDPL, DIFC, SAMA CSF, NCA ECC, POPIA) and global standards (NIST CSF 2.0, ISO 27001, COBIT 2019, PCI DSS).
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in cyber risk, technical risk, or compliance within GCC/Africa financial institutions.
- Practical delivery experience across UAE PDPL, DIFC, SAMA CSF, NCA ECC, and POPIA regulatory frameworks.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for executive-level engagement.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in relevant domains.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in technical risk management with deep regulatory expertise in GCC and African financial sectors.
- Comfortable coordinating complex multi-jurisdictional compliance programs and reporting to senior leadership.
- Knowledgeable in cloud and hybrid security models, with relevant industry certifications such as CISM, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
