About This Role
- Customize, configure, and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform applications including AI-powered automation and custom UI components using PCF, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and Fluent UI.
- Design and implement AI solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI Service, and Azure AI Foundry including conversational AI agents and RAG architectures using Azure AI Search and vector embeddings.
- Lead technical design, code reviews, deployment, documentation, and governance of AI and Dynamics 365 solutions integrating with Microsoft 365, Teams, and external systems using Azure services and DevOps pipelines.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (e.g., BE/BTech).
- 4+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development including .NET/C#, JavaScript, Web APIs, and Power Platform components.
- Proficiency with Azure OpenAI Service, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility, and Azure AI Foundry for AI solution development and deployment.
- Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management), DevOps/ALM best practices, and integration frameworks for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in full lifecycle Dynamics 365 CE and AI solution development combining backend development, front-end PCF controls, and AI integration across Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) AI architectures and conversational AI agents leveraging Azure AI capabilities.
- Capable of owning technical design, enforcing responsible AI governance, and collaborating on complex enterprise AI and CRM solutions in an advisory/consulting context.
