About This Role
- Own end-to-end implementation and management of Google Security Operations platform (SIEM + SOAR) to enhance threat detection and automate incident response.
- Design log ingestion pipelines and custom parsers to support security operations.
- Develop and tune YARA-L detection rules, build and automate SOAR incident response playbooks, and conduct proactive threat hunting and forensic investigations.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant work experience.
- Mandatory skills: Google SecOps (SIEM/SOAR – Chronicle), YARA-L Rule Development & UDM, Security Automation/Orchestration & API Integration.
- Education: BTech required; MBA preferred.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years explicitly mentioned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing and optimizing Google Security Operations platforms including SIEM and SOAR.
- Skilled in development and tuning of detection rules and security automation to reduce incident response times.
- Strong background in threat hunting, forensics, and developing log ingestion pipelines/custom parsers for enhanced security monitoring.
