About This Role
- Manage procurement execution, governance compliance, and performance delivery for assigned marine fleet/business units.
- Serve as primary liaison between stakeholders and Purchase Officers, ensuring communication, alignment, and timely resolution of procurement issues.
- Drive procurement strategy execution, supplier management, process optimization, and lead a procurement team to support operational excellence and scalability.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience specifically in Marine Procurement and Purchasing Operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma required.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing teams of over 4 members.
- Expertise in governance compliance, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and advanced data analytics is essential.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in procurement governance, people management, and operational delivery within the marine shipping/fleet sector.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement at senior levels including Fleet Managers and Managing Directors, with strong commercial judgment.
- Proven capability in driving process digitalization, spend visibility, and continuous performance improvements in complex supply chain environments.
