About This Role
- Define and lead end-to-end test strategies for complex applications and integrations within Agile teams.
- Lead creation and maintenance of automated test suites, and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
- Drive defect management, root cause analysis, quality governance, and mentor junior QA staff.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5–10+ years of software QA, test engineering, or related technical experience with Agile/Scrum.
- Proven experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Postman, REST-Assured, SoapUI) and scripting/programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, C#).
- Experience with CI/CD platforms (Bitbucket pipelines, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and working onsite at designated office at least four days/week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced QA leader capable of owning QA strategy and execution in complex Agile environments.
- Strong automation framework architect with hands-on coding and CI/CD integration expertise.
- Ability to drive continuous quality improvements, mentor teams, and communicate clear quality insights to technical and business stakeholders.
