About This Role
- Support and guide a software engineering team in developing software products and solutions, including code reviews and technical support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure successful software project delivery.
- Manage project tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation to meet project goals effectively.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field (or equivalent experience).
- 6+ years of relevant industry experience, with at least 2+ years in a similar software engineering leadership or mentoring role.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages and development methodologies with strong programming and debugging skills.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.
