About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and KPIs.
- Manage Power BI Service operations including workspaces, datasets, dataflows, deployment pipelines, security, and refresh schedules.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, and business teams in a global delivery setup to ensure reliable end-to-end BI solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-8 years of experience in BI, Analytics, or Data & Reporting solutions with hands-on Power BI development.
- Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop and Service, DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL.
- Experience integrating Power BI with data sources such as SQL Server, Azure SQL, Databricks, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Work Experience Required: 3-8 years in Business Intelligence and Power BI development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing Power BI administration including security (RLS, OLS), performance optimization, and production support.
- Comfortable working in a global delivery environment collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams (Data Engineering, Business Analysts, Business stakeholders).
- Has familiarity or certification in Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) or relevant Azure/Microsoft Fabric data certifications.
