About This Role
- Lead SAP S/4HANA Controlling solution architecture and finance transformation initiatives across global programs.
- Drive business process consulting, fit-gap analysis, process harmonization, and end-to-end SAP CO implementation delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and oversee SAP CO solution design, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of SAP experience with at least 8 years specializing in SAP Controlling.
- MBA in Finance or CA qualification is mandatory.
- Proven expertise in SAP CO areas including Product Costing, Cost Object Controlling, Material Ledger, Overhead Management, Transfer Pricing, CCA, CO-PA, EC-PCA, General Ledger, and Asset Accounting.
- Experience leading complex SAP CO configurations, solution design, and integration in a global delivery model.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing cross-functional finance transformation and process optimization in SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Strong capability to independently lead solution architecture and coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Track record of driving process standardization and adoption in multi-geography, multi-business unit enterprises.
