About This Role
- Lead and mentor a software engineering team to deliver high-value, performant, and secure software aligned with R&D goals.
- Provide technical leadership overseeing design, implementation, automated testing, and adherence to secure coding and engineering best practices.

Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years experience in software development or related technical role with leadership or mentoring experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience with Agile development environments and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Knowledge of secure coding standards, software security principles, and engineering best practices.

- Strong technical background in software delivery, including architecture oversight and quality assurance.
