About This Role
- Lead complex threat assessments and analytics to evaluate global internal and external security landscapes, focusing on advanced persistent threats.
- Maintain and improve the company’s overall security posture through strategic threat research and directing mitigation strategies.
- Develop and manage security policies, SLAs, metrics, incident response, and collaborate with technical teams and third parties to enhance cybersecurity operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security or related discipline; Master’s Degree acceptable with relevant experience.
- 6+ years of related experience in information security.
- Solid understanding of network technologies and protocols; experience with IPS/IDS, SIEM, Firewalls, Proxies, incident handling, forensic analysis, threat hunting, and penetration testing.
- Up to 10% travel; fluency in English (written and verbal).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in strategic and operational cybersecurity roles with ability to lead and mentor security teams.
- Comfortable directing others and managing multiple priorities under deadlines in a complex technology environment.
- Prior experience or working knowledge in semiconductor industry preferred but not mandatory.
