About This Role
- Lead end-to-end UX design delivery for key global B2B initiatives, including discovery through development readiness.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications aligned with brand and accessibility standards.
- Integrate user research and data insights into design solutions and collaborate cross-functionally, including mentoring junior designers.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in UX design or equivalent.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Miro, Adobe Suite or similar.
- Experience working in global, cross-functional projects focused on user-centered design.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS products; travel domain experience is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong skills in information architecture and interaction design within complex workflows.
- Experience contributing to and using shared design systems in multidisciplinary teams.
- Comfortable communicating design concepts to senior stakeholders and mentoring juniors in a collaborative environment.
