About This Role
- Lead design and implementation of production-grade data engineering, AI, and application systems for customers using Databricks platform.
- Own architecture decisions ensuring security, scalability, and alignment with customer needs and best practices.
- Engage deeply with customer teams from technical staff to executives to drive adoption and impact; contribute reusable assets and feedback to improve Databricks offerings.
Minimum Requirements
- 9+ years experience in data engineering, data platforms & analytics, or software engineering.
- Proficiency in coding with Python, Scala, JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with modern frameworks.
- Expertise in at least one cloud ecosystem (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deep experience with Apache Spark including runtime internals.
- Experience in technical project delivery managing scope, timelines, and measurable outcomes; travel up to 20%.

- Experienced technical leader able to manage full lifecycle delivery of complex big data and AI production projects with enterprise clients.
- Hands-on engineer who combines deep distributed computing skills (Apache Spark) with practical knowledge of MLOps and production CI/CD.
