About This Role
- Manage procurement execution and performance delivery for assigned fleets/business units, ensuring governance compliance and operational excellence.
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and Purchase Officers to enable effective communication, alignment, and timely resolution of procurement matters.
- Drive procurement strategy implementation, process optimisation, spend visibility, forecasting, and team leadership to support scalability and cost leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant procurement experience with total experience of 10+ years specifically in Marine Procurement and Purchasing Operations.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Diploma mandatory.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience managing teams of more than 4 members.
- Proficiency in strategic sourcing, supplier management within marine procurement, governance, contract management, and advanced data analytics for procurement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced professional with strong governance and operational delivery background in marine procurement within fleet management environments.
- Demonstrates senior stakeholder management capabilities interfacing with Fleet Managers, Managing Directors, Finance, and Agency Hubs.
- Skilled in procurement strategy execution, team leadership, performance management, and driving process digitalisation and scalability in procurement operations.
