About This Role
- Lead design, lifecycle management, and cost of ownership of scalable microservices with fault tolerance and high traffic handling.
- Conduct and lead code reviews, design discussions, testing, debugging, and disaster recovery planning within specialized technology domain.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement refinement and mentor junior engineers while ensuring observability and monitoring of systems.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years in software design & development with at least 4 years building scalable backend applications in Java or Kotlin.
- Experience in designing and implementing microservices and working with event-driven systems.
- Strong knowledge of relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases; hands-on experience with Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Grafana, ELK, Micrometer, or OpenTelemetry.

- Experienced in distributed systems architecture and backend technologies with demonstrated performance optimization skills.
- Operates with a strategic approach to system design, including lifecycle and disaster recovery management.
