About This Role
- Drive business development for retail leasing (malls, high streets) by proactively researching, networking, and cold calling.
- Engage with key decision-makers to understand requirements, conduct site visits, support negotiations and closures.
- Support transaction advisory team ensuring timely and accurate client service delivery and prepare financial/market analysis and presentations.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree mandatory.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in retail leasing, real estate, or similar domain.
- On-site work location: Hyderabad, Telangana.
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in business development and client relationship management within retail real estate leasing.
- Skilled in financial analysis, negotiation, and preparing detailed information memorandums and pitch presentations.
- Able to conduct extensive local travel for client and market engagement, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
