About This Role
- Lead selection, implementation, and oversight of security controls across endpoints, cloud, DevSecOps, product security, and identity platforms.
- Manage and mentor a geographically dispersed team of Security Engineers to achieve security objectives and key results.
- Provide executive-level reporting on security control status and act as lead solution architect, collaborating cross-functionally to enhance security posture.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent additional years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 13 years of experience in cybersecurity focused on building, implementing, and managing security solutions.
- Demonstrated experience managing geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong knowledge and experience with SIEM, data streaming platforms, network security, EDR, Cloud Security, and IAM principles.
