About This Role
- Lead daily operations for Mainframe Batch Processing, Console Operations, and iSeries environments ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.
- Perform batch operations per SLAs and analyze first-level incidents to resolve or escalate as needed.
- Manage scheduling, workload distribution, and provide technical guidance for multi-shift operations in a 24x7 production support environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in As400/iSeries Batch Operations.
- Experience with scheduling software, reporting, logging, and proficiency with Operating Systems.
- Strong knowledge of Mainframe Operations, Batch Processing, incident management including ITSM/Remedy tools, and SLA management.
- Work Experience Required: 4 years in relevant domain (As400/iSeries Batch Operations).

- Experienced in managing multi-shift, 24x7 batch operations with strong incident and stakeholder management skills.
- Skilled in troubleshooting, backup/recovery, and basic networking within Mainframe and iSeries environments.
- Capable of leading technical support teams and collaborating across distributed environments with strong documentation and reporting abilities.
