About This Role
- Lead a global engineering organization of 20-25 engineers focused on scalable, secure, and AI-enabled healthcare technology solutions.
- Own people leadership, technical direction, execution excellence, and modernization initiatives including cloud transformation and AI integration.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business priorities into technology solutions ensuring quality, reliability, and operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years of software engineering experience with progressive leadership responsibilities.
- 8+ years managing large engineering teams (20+ engineers) including global and matrix leadership.
- Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React JS / TypeScript, Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure cloud preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading global, distributed engineering teams delivering enterprise-scale applications using Agile methodologies.
- Proven track record of technology modernization and cloud transformation, especially within healthcare or related domains.
- Strong technical leadership in AI-enabled software engineering, familiarity with AI DLC, ChatGPT, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and AI governance practices.
