About This Role
- Support SAP landscape by understanding business processes and designing efficient algorithms to address data processing and logic challenges.
- Apply AI and machine learning techniques to optimize ERP business processes and support data extraction and ETL for AI model training.
- Assist in system support including troubleshooting, testing, and translating business requirements into technical specifications under senior mentorship.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be a recent graduate or final-year student in B.Tech/B.E. Computer Science, IT, AI/Data Science, or related engineering fields.
- Strong foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms (arrays, trees, graphs, hash tables, sorting, searching, complexity analysis, dynamic programming).
- Hands-on experience with at least one AI/ML project (e.g., NLP, Predictive Analytics, Computer Vision, or LLM applications).
- Programming proficiency in Python, C++, or Java and familiarity with relational databases (SQL/RDBMS).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile, international and cross-functional team environments with focus on collaboration and communication.
- Analytical mindset with ability to understand complex enterprise SAP and AI system integrations and contribute to digital transformation projects.
- Has practical exposure to ERP concepts and eagerness to learn SAP architectures (e.g., S/4HANA, ABAP, SAP BTP) with attention to compliance and quality delivery.
