About This Role
- Design, develop, deploy, and continuously improve enterprise-grade conversational AI bots and agentic AI solutions including multi-turn dialogue, intent recognition, and workflow execution.
- Lead technical delivery and mentor engineering teams while remaining hands-on with coding, integration, testing, and production support.
- Build, optimize and operate conversational AI systems leveraging Google GECX, Google ADK, and cloud-native platforms ensuring reliability, security, scalability, and operational readiness.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, conversational AI, AI/ML engineering, platform engineering, or distributed systems.
- Proven hands-on experience building production-grade conversational AI applications and AI agents with frameworks such as Google ADK, LangChain, or equivalents.
- Experience with cloud-native development on Google Cloud or major cloud platforms, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and secure scalable system design.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and operationalizing complex multi-agent conversational AI systems integrating with enterprise APIs and backend platforms.
- Strong technical leader capable of guiding architecture and development standards while actively contributing to hands-on engineering and problem-solving.
- Deep expertise in Google conversational AI tools (GECX, ADK) and agent orchestration frameworks, with ability to optimize for task completion, reliability, and compliance with Responsible AI principles.
