About This Role
- Lead development of system-level software and infrastructure for deploying, benchmarking, and qualifying AI applications and models on Linux and Windows with RTX and DGX GPUs.
- Build and maintain Git-based CI infrastructure, model management services, databases, dashboards, and server infrastructure for scalable, reliable AI inference workflows.
- Develop autonomous AI agents for infrastructure operations and collaborate with teams to resolve system issues, improve performance, and ensure reproducibility.
Minimum Requirements
- B.Tech or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant software development experience with strong skills in Python, C/C++, C#, or similar system programming languages.
- Experience with system software, backend services or infrastructure, system APIs, multithreading, process and resource management, and system debugging.
- Hands-on experience with Git-based CI, databases, SQL, and data modeling.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience integrating or debugging AI inference frameworks and building benchmarking or model evaluation platforms.
- Familiarity with autonomous AI agents for infrastructure management and tooling.
- Proven ability to develop telemetry/observability systems (e.g., Grafana, Kibana) and publish technical documentation or evaluation results on companion websites.
