About This Role
- Lead and support execution of record-to-report (R2R) accounting activities at BMS’s Hyderabad Center of Excellence (CoE).
- Collaborate across finance teams ensuring seamless R2R processes aligned with business needs and market dynamics.
- Provide leadership by inspiring and motivating team members to achieve high-quality financial reporting results.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant experience required for candidates with CA/CMA credentials; 8+ years for non-CA/CMA candidates.
- Work location requirement: Hyderabad, India, with approximately 50% in-person attendance.
- Strong expertise in record-to-report accounting processes is mandatory.
- Mandate for leadership capability in managing R2R operations and teams.

- Experienced in managing R2R accounting within a large multinational pharmaceutical or similar complex business environment.
- Demonstrates strong business acumen including understanding of industry dynamics and market trends impacting finance operations.
