About This Role
- Lead and manage record-to-report (R2R) accounting activities within Bristol Myers Squibb’s Hyderabad Center of Excellence (CoE).
- Ensure seamless execution of R2R processes through collaboration and communication with the finance team.
- Provide leadership to inspire and motivate team members to deliver high-quality accounting results.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years of relevant experience if CA/CMA qualified; over 8 years if not CA/CMA qualified.
- Based in Hyderabad location with approximately 50% expected in-person attendance.
- Deep expertise in record-to-report accounting processes required.
- Work Experience Required: Senior-level finance/accounting leadership experience explicitly managing R2R operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing finance teams within large corporate or shared services environments, preferably in CoE setups.
- Demonstrates strong collaborative skills and ability to communicate effectively across business and finance functions.
- Familiarity with business landscape, market trends, and industry dynamics relevant to pharmaceutical/biotech sector.
