About This Role
- Own and transform the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management) by improving configurations, workflows, permissions, integrations, and platform governance.
- Establish and standardize engineering delivery governance, performance visibility (metrics such as DORA), release readiness, and cross-functional delivery coordination across Product and Technology teams.
- Develop AI, automation, and integration solutions to improve engineering productivity, operational efficiency, and technology knowledge management, while supporting the CTO with strategic initiatives and executive reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience Required: Strong experience in technology operations, technical delivery management, or engineering operations within a software engineering environment.
- Hands-on expertise administering Jira including workflows, schemes, permissions, automation, dashboards, and integrations.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Kanban, SDLC, engineering delivery processes, release management, and delivery governance.
- Location: Pune/Bengaluru, India (hybrid). No explicit notice period mentioned.
