About This Role
- Lead the product design practice by managing design projects from brief through to realization, delivering high-quality consumer-focused designs.
- Create and deliver designs across branding, product, and packaging using tools like Rhino 3D, KeyShot, and Adobe suite, producing actionable assets and prototypes.
- Manage and mentor mid-junior designers while collaborating cross-functionally to meet project timelines and client expectations, including presenting design rationale to clients and supporting business development.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in industrial design, product design, or similar.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in product design including several years in project and team leadership roles.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Rhino 3D, KeyShot, Adobe suite, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Experience working in a design agency environment is mandatory.

- Able to convert user research and insights into feasible physical and digital product design concepts using expressive ideation and iterative design refinement.
