About This Role
- Support and manage sales and delivery operations including revenue, order booking (OB), invoicing, billing, and cash on delivery (COD) metrics.
- Design, execute, and manage sales analytics and reporting to deliver actionable insights from large volumes of structured and unstructured data for senior management decision-making.
- Provide business analysis and communicate key analytics insights and recommendations to sales, presales, and leadership stakeholders addressing business challenges.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant work experience.
- Mandatory skill: Program Management.
- Strong knowledge of statistics and application of statistical tools for predictive analytics.
- Location: Pune, Maharashtra (implied onsite).

- Experienced in driving sales analytics and reporting at enterprise scale with a focus on sales performance metrics.
- Comfortable working with large volumes of diverse data sets, using data mining and cleansing techniques to derive actionable insights.
- Able to communicate complex analytic findings effectively to senior leadership and cross-functional teams to influence business decisions.
