Minimum Requirements

- Proven experience managing large-scale weddings, corporate events, and high-value group business.
- Work Experience Required: 8–12 years in relevant sales roles.

- Experienced in managing complex sales cycles and achieving revenue targets in hospitality events sales.
- Strong network and relationships within wedding planners, corporate clients, event agencies, and industry partners.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on strategic sales planning, team mentoring, and client relationship management in the weddings and MICE domain.
