About This Role
- Own the product backlog and lead delivery for compliance technology products across Legal, Compliance & WREF domains, ensuring value-driven, secure, compliant, and supportable solutions.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into prioritized backlog items and guide delivery teams through the entire product lifecycle including operational readiness and adoption.
- Define and track product performance metrics to continuously improve adoption, stability, and user experience while ensuring compliance with governance and security standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 15 to 19 years of experience in product delivery, digital solutions, business systems, or process-led technology roles.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge and experience with Compliance domain technologies such as OneTrust, ServiceNow, Databricks, and familiarity with agile delivery methods (SaFe, Scrum).
- Work Experience Required: 15 to 19 years in product delivery or related technology roles within enterprise compliance contexts.

- Experienced in working directly with business stakeholders to make value-based prioritization decisions balancing risk, cost, and business impact within compliance technology products.
- Proven leadership in managing product analysts and multidisciplinary delivery teams through agile product lifecycles and compliance governance frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to drive data-led continuous improvement and maintain alignment with strategic and financial guardrails from senior leadership.
