About This Role
- Own and prioritise the intellectual property (IP) product backlog, driving delivery across the product lifecycle to maximise value within legal and compliance technology domains.
- Collaborate with IP business stakeholders to define outcomes, ensure the IP tech stack and core platforms like Anaqua are aligned to strategy, compliant, secure, and supportable.
- Lead delivery teams and analysts through product refinement, testing, release, adoption, and continuous improvement using agile methodologies and data-driven product performance tracking.
Minimum Requirements
- 15 to 19 years experience in product delivery, digital solutions, or technology roles with proven product backlog management.
- Experience working in Legal technology with focus on IP systems and direct collaboration with patent and trade mark attorneys.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience; industry certifications in Agile or CPM highly desirable.
- Familiarity with enterprise governance including change control, security, data protection, and regulatory compliance in technology environments.

- Strong operational focus on backlog prioritisation based on business value, risk, cost, and technology constraints with ability to guide cross-functional delivery teams.
