About This Role
- Own and prioritize the product backlog for Compensation, Benefits, and Well-Being products within HR, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial guidelines.
- Lead cross-functional delivery teams through the full product lifecycle to deliver secure, compliant, and supportable technology solutions, while driving operational readiness and continuous improvement via performance dashboards.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into measurable product outcomes, manage requirements, and escalate strategic trade-offs when necessary.
Minimum Requirements
- 15 to 19 years of experience in product delivery, digital solutions, or related technology roles.
- Proven experience defining/prioritizing functional requirements and managing product backlogs in agile environments (e.g., SaFe, Scrum).
- Bachelors or Masters degree in relevant field such as Computer Science, IT, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with enterprise governance including change control, security, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
