About This Role
- Own and manage the HR MyLearning Product backlog and delivery lifecycle, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial guardrails.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver secure, compliant, and supportable digital HR solutions, driving operational readiness and continuous improvement.
- Define and track product performance metrics to optimize adoption, user experience, and stability.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 15 to 19 years of experience in product delivery, digital solutions, business systems, or process-led technology roles.
- Must have knowledge and global deployment experience of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience managing product backlogs and working directly with business stakeholders to define and prioritize functional requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in leading complex HR digital product delivery in enterprise environments with strict governance and compliance requirements.
- Experienced in agile frameworks such as SaFe or Scrum with demonstrated ability to make value-driven prioritization decisions under constraints.
- Skilled in coaching and guiding product teams and stakeholders to balance technical, business, and regulatory needs effectively.
