About This Role
- Own and prioritize the product backlog for Global Mobility Restructuring HR products, ensuring alignment to strategic and financial guardrails.
- Lead delivery teams including Associate Product Owners and technical staff to ensure secure, compliant, and supportable product solutions that meet business stakeholder needs.
- Manage product performance through data-driven dashboards and drive operational readiness including support models, training, and adoption monitoring.
Minimum Requirements
- 15 to 19 years of experience in product delivery, digital solutions, business systems, or process-led technology roles.
- Experience managing product backlogs, defining epics, features, user stories, and working with business stakeholders for value-led technology changes.
- Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and enterprise governance including change control, security, and compliance.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, IT, Engineering) or equivalent experience.

- Experienced in leading cross-functional, agile delivery teams within HR digital product or global mobility technology contexts.
- Skilled in making prioritization decisions balancing business value, risk, cost, and technical constraints under governance frameworks.
- Proficient in coaching product team members and navigating regulated, complex environments with emphasis on continuous improvement and operational readiness.
