About This Role
- Translate legal operations business strategy and regulatory needs into detailed and testable product requirements.
- Design technology-enabled use cases and document system processes to identify and improvement opportunities and support compliance.
- Support technical delivery including testing, release management, user training, and act as escalation point for application support in legal and IP systems.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years experience in business analysis or product roles supporting technology delivery, preferably in Legal Operations and IP systems.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with legal technology platforms like Ironclad, NetDocs, Anaqua, Harvey, or Legora is highly advantageous.
- Work Experience Required: Typically 10+ years in relevant domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in regulated industries, preferably pharmaceuticals, with an understanding of compliance and data integrity needs.
- Strong at translating complex business rules into clear system behaviors, specifications, and test scenarios.
- Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder collaboration across business and technical teams for product delivery and support.
