About This Role
- Translate business strategy and regulatory needs into detailed, testable requirements for Corporate Secretariat and Communications & Governance Affairs digital products.
- Document and improve system processes, support functional and non-functional testing, and facilitate product adoption through training and documentation.
- Identify automation and AI opportunities to enhance product efficiency and act as an escalation point for complex application support incidents.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in business analysis or product-focused roles supporting technology delivery.
- Experience with detailed business requirements elicitation in complex operational environments and functional testing support.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing technology-enabled business solutions supporting corporate functions like Corporate Secretariat or Communications & Governance Affairs.
- Comfortable working in regulated industries with compliance, data integrity, and controlled change processes (pharmaceutical experience preferred).
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear system behavior, functional specs, and test scenarios within Agile frameworks.
