About This Role
- Own and prioritise the product backlog for Workplace Experience products within Legal, Compliance & WREF domain, ensuring feature delivery aligned with strategic, financial, and compliance guardrails.
- Lead cross-functional delivery teams (Product Analysts, Engineers, Architects, Testers, vendors) throughout the product lifecycle to deliver usable, secure, compliant solutions and improve operational readiness.
- Define and maintain product performance metrics (adoption, stability, user experience) and use data insights to drive continuous improvement and roadmap development, including global Appspace deployment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 15 to 19 years of experience in product delivery, digital solutions, or related technology roles with experience in Real Estate & Facilities technology and Workplace Experience digital strategies.
- Proven knowledge and experience with Smart Workplace applications such as Appspace and deploying in multi-site/global environments.
- Experience managing product backlog, working with agile methodologies, and ensuring compliance with governance, security, and data protection standards.

- Senior product owner with deep expertise in Workplace Experience technologies and understanding of Real Estate & Facilities domain requirements.
- Experienced in leading product delivery under structured governance with focus on data-driven prioritisation balancing value, risk, cost, and compliance.
- Skilled in working collaboratively with stakeholders and delivery teams in complex, regulated environments to deliver compliant, scalable, and user-centric digital workplace solutions.
