About This Role
- Translate business strategy and regulatory needs into detailed, testable requirements for WREF digital solutions.
- Support the WREF Product Owner in shaping solution options aligned with product strategy and architectural standards.
- Lead documentation, functional/non-functional testing, user training, and support for secure and compliant workplace technology platforms, including IoT and smart building systems.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis or product-focused technology delivery roles.
- Experience delivering workplace technologies such as IoT, smart buildings, and real estate process automation.
- Experience with functional testing, requirements elicitation, and compliance in regulated industries.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complex, regulated, and compliance-driven environments, preferably pharmaceuticals or similar sectors.
- Skilled at translating complex business rules into clear system behavior and test cases with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in structured, process-conscious teams supporting digital product delivery with strong stakeholder collaboration.
