About This Role
- Translate business strategy and regulatory needs into detailed, testable requirements for workplace experience digital solutions.
- Support product delivery by documenting processes, designing use cases, and enabling solution testing, adoption, and operational readiness.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement and automation opportunities to enhance user experience and product value.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis or product-focused roles supporting technology delivery.
- Experience with workplace experience technologies such as AppSpace and onboarding new sites to such technologies.
- Experience eliciting and managing detailed business requirements in complex operational environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in regulated industries (pharmaceuticals preferred) with strong compliance and controlled process awareness.
- Skilled at bridging business and technical teams, with strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in structured, process-driven, and compliance-focused environments with ability to translate complex business rules into clear system behavior and test scenarios.
