About This Role
- Lead technical delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) including implementations, upgrades, integrations, and customizations using X++ and D365 Extension framework.
- Design and implement integrations with third-party systems leveraging OData, REST/SOAP APIs, Azure services, and Dual Write ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Develop automation scripts, reusable templates, and manage DevOps pipelines, environment management, and code deployments across multiple environments.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–10+ years of ERP technology experience with at least 6+ years in Dynamics 365 F&O/AX technical development.
- Proven experience as a Technical Developer with at least 5 full-cycle D365 F&O implementations.
- Hands-on expertise in X++ development, D365 F&O modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Project Operations), integration technologies, and DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub).
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 8–10+ years overall, with explicit 6+ years in Dynamics 365 F&O technical development.

- Experienced in mentoring and guiding technical teams for delivery excellence in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O projects with multiple full implementation cycles.
- Strong technical depth across Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Operations modules with demonstrated capabilities in performance tuning, upgrade-safe customizations, and advanced debugging.
- Proficient in automation and testing frameworks, skilled in developing test automation scripts (Python/others), and managing integrated DevOps CI/CD environments.
