About This Role
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform for Cat Digital Customer Support including Contact Center, Customer Service, and Sales modules.
- Manage user roles, permissions, security, licensing, environment governance, and system performance monitoring including tuning and troubleshooting.
- Serve as primary support contact for Dynamics 365 issues, coordinate system updates/testing, and maintain system documentation and training materials.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement system administration.
- 8+ years experience specifically with Dynamics 365 Contact Center, Customer Service, and/or Sales modules.
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and knowledge of Dynamics 365 application security standards.
