About This Role
- Oversee and maintain electromechanical/utilities services and technical assets on-site during shift.
- Manage, hire, train, and develop engineering and maintenance teams, while coordinating with property management and clients on technical issues.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance, energy conservation, risk assessments, budget controls, SLA/KPI monitoring, vendor management, and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- ITI/Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent qualification.
- 3-5 years of work experience in Real Estate, Hotel, or Construction Industry; residential site experience preferred.
- On-site role based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
- Working knowledge of planned preventive maintenance, risk assessments, SLA/KPI management, vendor and budget controls.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multi-disciplinary technical teams in property or facilities management environments.
- Strong in operational coordination with Property Managers and external vendors, focusing on compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Proven ability to implement preventive and corrective maintenance and manage technical asset documentation and reporting.
