About This Role
- Guide, coach, and manage Scrum/Agile processes and ceremonies to enhance team effectiveness and delivery quality.
- Resolve impediments, synchronize project interdependencies, and facilitate collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement of agile methodologies and maintain program benefits, timelines, and resource allocation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Project Management or related field.
- Seasoned Scrum Master experience in ICT environment managing software projects and development teams.
- Proven knowledge and experience in Scrum, Agile concepts, and software development methodologies including XP, Kanban, User Stories, ATDD, TDD, CI, and automated testing.
- Workplace type: Hybrid Working.
