About This Role
- Design high-quality web and mobile interfaces with strong creative and visual design focus using Figma.
- Create comprehensive UI components, design systems, prototypes, and user flows reflecting modern, distinctive, user-friendly designs.
- Utilize AI-powered design tools for ideation and creative workflows; collaborate with development, marketing, and leadership teams to explain and refine design decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 – 5 years of relevant UI/UX and web design experience.
- Proficiency in Figma and strong UI/UX design skills for web and mobile applications.
- Solid web design knowledge including HTML, CSS, responsive design, Bootstrap/Tailwind CSS.
- Experience using AI design tools for graphic generation or creative workflows; ReactJS or Next.js experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Focused on creative UI/UX and web design rather than primarily frontend development.
- Comfortable producing end-to-end design assets from wireframes to polished visual designs and design systems.
- Able to integrate AI-driven creative tools and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance design outcomes.
