About This Role
- Lead enterprise-wide Non-Functional Quality (NFR) strategy focusing on performance engineering, scalability, reliability, and resilience across digital platforms.
- Own the lifecycle of performance engineering including workload modeling, test strategy, certification, production validation, and drive shift-left performance in CI/CD.
- Partner with Architecture, Engineering, SRE, and QE leaders to establish performance-first culture, governance, and data-driven release decisions; build and scale Non-Functional QE capability.
Minimum Requirements
- 20+ years experience in Quality Engineering / Performance Engineering.
- 8+ years experience leading large, distributed teams.
- Technical knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Strong executive communication skills and cross-functional influence (Architecture, SRE, Product).

- Experienced enterprise-level leader with proven ability in driving performance engineering and resiliency initiatives across large digital platforms.
- Comfortable influencing architecture and SRE teams to embed performance-first principles and establish observability and governance at scale.
