About This Role
- Serve as the primary JLL representative at the client's site, managing tenant relations and feedback.
- Coordinate with operations, technical, and finance teams to analyze data, generate and own various reports (daily, weekly, MMR, QBR, ABR), and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee site statutory compliance documentation, audits, renewals, and maintain records; act as data custodian and controller for reporting and analytics.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in Mall Operation / Hotel / Retail / Real Estate.
- Must hold a M.Com or B.Com degree.
- On-site work location: Ludhiana, Punjab with a 48-hour work week.
- Must have knowledge of working procedures and compliance management at site level.

- Experienced in multi-team coordination across operations, technical, and finance functions in real estate or related sectors.
- Detail-oriented and analytical with proven skills in data analysis, reporting, and compliance management.
- Capable of independently managing statutory compliance, audit processes, and maintaining accurate documentation in a site-based role.
