About This Role
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams in complex consulting engagements for Kyndryl's largest accounts, guiding C-suite strategic change agendas intersecting Business and IT.
- Drive profitable growth by managing client relationships, meeting revenue targets, negotiating fees, and overseeing risk to sustain margin and backlog growth.
- Own overall client engagement and delivery quality, achieving utilization targets, enhancing client satisfaction, and fostering talent development within the team.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of client engagement and relationship management experience at the CXO level.
- Proven track record in leading complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams in consulting, corporate, or public sector settings.
- Experience driving revenue growth, managing margins, and supporting high-value business development with senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
